​​​​​​The Scientific Computing Department is actively engaged in research which generates innovative new ways of supporting the scientific community. Whether it's creating new software to help visualise complex scientific results, or enhancing the infrastructure that allows us to process huge amounts of data, R&D from SCD is driving improvements across the research landscape.​
