​​​​​Gemma has been a member of the Software Engineering group since 2013. Her background is in Maths and Computational Statistics. She currently works on EPSRC funded projects leading the development of software engineering services. She also provides specialist, technical advice and training to the UK academic community. 

 Other interests include agent based modelling and Gemma is on the FLAME development committee.​
