​​I joined STFC as a scientific computing graduate in August 2020 and had 2 main projects since. My first project was in DSTG and it entailed maintaining and extending the InfraPortal website (infraportal.org.uk), which is a database of Infrastructures within the UK. Some of the key work I've done include creating a  responsive survey tool to be included in the website and migrate a separate case studies website to be included in the infraportal.

My second project was with SciML, where I worked to develop a convolutional neural network to classify protein-protein interfaces from Cryo-EM pdb data. 

Prior to working with STFC I graduated in 2020 as Masters ( MEng) in Computer science with Artificial intelligence from the University of York.​
