Mark first joined the Chadwick & RAL Libraries team (now the Open Science Services Group) in 2000 and has had held a variety of roles in the team over the years.
His current role is Digital Services Librarian, responsible for the delivery of electronic library services primarily across the Daresbury and Harwell sites. The role includes enabling and maintaining access to electronic resources such as databases and e-journals, management of authentication systems such as OpenAthens, and technical management of the library website. He is also responsible for managing the use and development of the ePubs STFC publications repository, working with colleagues in the Open Science Services Group to improve the delivery of Open Access content and the recording of STFC research outputs.
Mark has been a qualified librarian since 2009.
