I joined the STFC graduate scheme in September 2021 after completing a master's degree in physics at the University of Southampton.  I have since completed my first rotation and am currently towards the end of my second.​

My first placement was working in the Data and Software Engineering Group on DataGateway, a web platform for accessing facilities data which has since been released. 

My second and current rotation is in the Cloud Operations Group where I have been working on setting up new OpenStack components for the STFC cloud, writing documentation for future users and working on tools to help with the cloud’s operation.
