​​​I joined STFC in September 2021 after graduating with an MSc in Computer Science from UCL. I have completed two projects within SCD. In my first project, I worked as a DevOps engineer in the Cloud Operations Group, where I was responsible for developing new services. One of them is Jupyter Desktop, a service which allows users to access a fully functional Linux GUI inside a Jupyter Notebook. I was also responsible for maintaining and deploying service to the STFC cloud with configuration management tools. In my second project, I worked as a research software engineer in the Biology and Life Science Group, where I participated in developing CodeEntropy. This Python tool calculates entropy from molecular dynamic simulation.​
