The theme for this year's conference is Catalysing Research with sub-themes including future technology trends, collaborative research, ethics in HPC, energy consumption and AI focus. Topics of interest also include, but are not limited to, all forms of advances in high performance computing, storage, networking, big data analysis, quantum computing, and software development.
If you would like to be part of the CIUK conference and can present on one of the topics above then please submit your application via the link on this page. We are specifically looking for technical presentations that identify a real-life problem and highlight how using HPC and associated software and technology helped to create a solution. We want to hear about the benefits of using HPC to your project or research. What have you been able to do that you wouldn’t have been able to do without the latest technology?
Successful applicants will be allocated a thirty minute slot on the CIUK programme and will be included in the official, published conference proceedings. We welcome applications from all areas including academic, research and industry, as well as hardware and software providers.
Important deadlines:
· Friday 13 September – deadline of submission of abstracts
· w/c Monday 16 September – applications considered by CIUK Programme Committee
· w/c Monday 7 October – applicants informed of panel decision
Please note that we will be taking photos during the event and will be recording presentations to add to our CIUK YouTube playlist. If selected to present and you prefer not to be featured in event photos or videos please let a member of the organising team on the registration desk know.
